STAGE 03 - Local Authority Assesses Your Building Warrant Application

Your local authority building standards service will assess your application against the building regulations.

You should receive a response within 20 working days but check your local authority current performance levels.

It is a Legal Requirement for you to have a building warrant before any works commence.
 


You or your nominated agent should arrange for the issues raised in the report to be addressed and additional information or points of clarity to be provided to your local authority.
